Hilda Fuentes

Hilda Fuentes holds a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Peru. With a decade of management experience in China—initially as a Quality Manager, later as Chief Operating Officer—Hilda has led projects across Asia, including India.

 

For 8 years, during her spare time, Hilda has led charity fundraising and networking events for the Peruvian and International Communities in Shanghai, China.

 

She graduated from the MBA programme at the University of Edinburgh Business School in 2025, with a three-month exchange at the Kellogg School of Management, one of the top seven business schools in the USA.

 

Hilda is a quick learner and passionate about improving processes and building organisations that thrive on both compassion and performance. What truly motivates Hilda is bringing enthusiasm to teams and building bridges across different areas and nations so that people can achieve more and faster together.

 

Last but not least, Hilda envisions leading a robotics company in Rwanda that benefits society worldwide, particularly in healthcare and safety, in cooperation with China, the USA, and the UK.
