Enkhee Namsrai

Enkhtuvshin (Enkhee) Namsrai is a founding partner of Namsrai Henderson, an independent research and analysis consultancy focusing on North-east Asian affairs. Born in Mongolia and now based in the UK, she advises on Mongolia-UK related projects ranging from cross-cultural management to business and language, working with various public and private sectors including UK and Mongolian government departments. 

Her diverse expertise ranges from providing high-level briefings for government officials, helping clients from both sides understand respective policy and business environments, to cultural orientation for British troops deployed to work with Mongolian counterparts on international peacekeeping operations.

Drawing on her strong interest in the arts, Enkhee is keen to promote the growing opportunities for cultural and educational exchanges between Scotland and Mongolia. 

Enkhee holds a BA in English and Russian Studies from the National University of Mongolia, and an MSc in International management (China) from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London. She is a Fellow at the Institute of Linguists in the UK and regularly writes for their journal.
