Biography

Ch’ng Li-Ling is a founding partner of RHTLaw Asia, a regional law firm in Singapore. Li-Ling heads its Financial Services (Regulatory) and Fintech Practice, and co-leads its ESG Practice.

She advises on financial regulatory requirements, digital assets offerings, Fintech M&A, and on issues relating to sustainable development in the financial industry . On the A.I. front, Li-Ling advocates ethical uses of A.I. technologies, and raises awareness on the ESG issues in this age of rapid technological changes.
Li-Ling has co-developed and is co-teaching a course called “Computational Law in a Token Economy” at the Singapore University of Social Sciences and has been favourably evaluated by the students.

She is Council Member of RHT G.R.A.C.E. Institute, a non-profit organisation dedicated to training and development on governance, risk, compliance, ethical and ESG issues, and is a co-anchor of the podcast EthBeats: Lessons in G.R.A.C.E.ful Living.
