We were delighted to welcome back Yizhe Daniel Xie 謝毅哲 사의철 シャキテツ, Global Macro Economist and Strategist, for an engaging discussion on China and America in 2026: Markets, Power and the Next Phase.

Across the session, we explored how geopolitics is increasingly intersecting with markets, and what the evolving US-China relationship could mean for businesses and investors. Discussion touched on trade tariff dynamics, technology competition and industrial policy, also looking at key domestic headwinds inside China.

A big thank you to the China Futures Society for collaborating with us on the event, and to Mary Hickey for moderating the discussion. Thanks to our partners and attendees for making it such a strong conversation.
