Tan Chong Huat

Tan Chong Huat is the Senior Partner and one of the founding members of RHTLaw Asia. He also serves as Chairman of the firm’s management board and supervisory council. He was the former chairman of the firm’s philanthropic vehicle, namely the ONERHT Foundation.

Chong Huat has extensive experience in corporate, banking and project finance law in Singapore and the region, and acted in numerous significant corporate transactions. He has been named a leading practitioner in many reputable professional publications, with a recent recognition by IFLR1000 as a “Leading Lawyer” and by Legal 500 Asia Pacific as a “Leading Individual” for Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions. In recent years, Chong Huat has been actively serving clients including Family Offices, UHNWs, EAMs etc. in the Private Wealth sector.

He has also led the ONERHT group to invest in the Fintech, Digital Assets n Crypto sectors globally.

He is also the non executive chairman of the RHT Group of Companies. He currently chairs AlDigi Holdings and SDAX Financial Holding.

Chong Huat is an avid golfer and is presently the president of the Singapore Golf Association.
