About Speaker
Alan Rosling CBE has been an Asia Scotland Institute speaker on several earlier occasions and serves on ASI’s Advisory Board. His new venture, ECube Climate Finance, sets out to help finance an energy transition in Indian industry. He is the Chairman of Azure Power, one of India’s leading renewable developers (NYSE AZRE). He sold his earlier business, Kiran Energy Solar Power, in 2018. Alan served as the Chairman of Jardine Matheson Group, India and was an Executive Director of Tata Sons. Earlier, he was a Special Advisor in the Number 10 Policy Unit, Strategy Director of United Distillers, CEO of a division of Courtaulds Textiles, and a banker at SG Warburg.
