Roddy Gow, Chairman and Founder of the Asia Scotland Institute, announced that Sandy Flockhart has joined its International Advisory Council. A very distinguished Scotsman who has broad global experience as an international banker and in private equity. Alexander (Sandy) Flockhart is a Non-Exec Director of Oxford Capital Partners Holdings Limited. In addition, he sits as an independent member of the investment committee of the firm. He brings to the role broad experience in investment management, financial services, regulatory affairs and governance.
